ABOUT US

In the Round is a student-run organization at the University of Michigan, dedicated to queer stories and queer storytellers. Each year, we produce performances, relating the themes of our shows to themes of queer culture. We provide students from all different backgrounds with an environment to practice their artistic passion—performing, directing, choreographing, designing, tech, etc.—in which all people are included, welcome, and seen. We give queer people a voice and an opportunity to use it. All people—in and out of the queer community—are welcome to join! Our mission is to create a safe space for artists to practice their passions.
